| This is a bronze bust of CAESAR AGUSTUS.It is signed by the maker BENEDETTO BOSCHETTI ROMA. He lived from 1820 to 1860 and is well listed with a large number of bronzes in the art price guides.I could only find one comparable in size of Marc Antony and that one realized $2900.00. He did this bust in at least two sizes.Ours is the smaller version at 11 3/4 inches tall.This is in nice original condition with no dings or scratches.A nice example of a grand tour item! | ||
