| Fine and well-formed, somewhat zoomorphic neck rest showing a soft, reddened surface achieved with cam-wood pigment. Fine, aged patina showing good use. Braided leather carrying strap. 6.50"H x 8.25"W. Collected in situ in the 1970's. From a less well-known nomadic people in Kenya, East Africa, ca. 1940's - 50's. Intact, excellent condition.
