Circa 1880 Chinese Export Rose Canton Oval Scalloped Serving Dish measuring over 8 1/2" in diameter and over 1 1/2" in height and depth. The difference between rose canton and rose medallion is that rose canton has no people in the scenes. This is a unusual shaped form that we have not seen that often. Circa 1875 Chinese Export Rose Medallion Plate/Charger measuring 10" in diameter. This form is actually a Cake Plate and not a plate or charger. They came in different sizes with 10" being the smallest and some were as wide as 20" and than were often termed to as a "CHARGER". Nice alternating panels of people and garden scenes with butterflies and birds.

Circa 1850 Chinese Export Rose Medallion Tazza/Compote with knurled edges around the top with alternating figures of people in a garden scene and rose canton panels of birds, flowers roses and greenery. This beautiful and unusual piece also has celadon ground under the painting of these scenes. The rippled edges on the top part are very unusual and not often seen especially with the gilded edges. Circa 1740 Chinese nice Canton Famille Rose Tea Caddy. Made during the reign period of Emperor Yongzheng and the Qianlong Period which dates this in the 18TH Century. Measures 4" in height to the top of the cover and 3 1/2" in width and 3" in depth. The condition is Good with only some chips and frits and a few small old restored chips around the cover, which you would suspect in a piece over 250 years old. A nice addition to a tea caddy collection.

It does have minor fritting around the edges and the drape and shield crest in the middle has substantial wear, as you would or should expect of a Platter that was used and is well over 200 years old.
