| "THE SANCTUARY" Originally painted by Sir Edward Henry Landseer (1802-1873). This is a engraving done by J. W. WATTS OF THE ORIGINAL PAINTING DONE BE THE PREVIOUS MENTIONED ARTIST. James W. H. WATTS was a engraver from Medford, Mass. This is a wonderful scene of a Moose in water with a flock of geese with a beautiful sunset and mountains in the background. I can just imagine how breathtaking the original painting by Landseer was. He was a extremely great and Very Well Listed artist in the early 1800's. The dimension of this engraving is 28" X 13 1/4".
