Chinese Fu Hau ceramic covered temple jar with a deep emerald green ground. The jar has six line segments impressed in the body and is finely decorated with plum blossoms and vines of light blue and yellow, with aubergine branches and a butterfly shown upside down. The jar is glazed almost to the foot and the bottom is also glazed, and has an impressed mark "China". The lid is decorated with similar flowers and has a stem knob on top.
