Description: Chinese Northern Celadon style stoneware bowl, with impressed decoration in the center. There is a fine light green crackleware glaze over a brownish buff stone ware body. Northern celadon is the most famous type of celadon that is of non-Lung chuan origin. It was made in Northern China. The exterior of the bowl shows different levels (or rings) ending in an unglazed foot with old sand residue around the edge.
