This is an artistically sculptured Aztec styled mask inlaid with beautiful abalone shells that gives a jeweled appearance in the light, and mounted on a base inlayed on the front and sides with what appears to be malachite. Condition of the mask is very good, but there is an old repair to a crack in the black base and small missing piece of inlay from side of base. Size is 5-1/2” H x 4” W x 2” D; and weighs 7 oz.
This listing is for a Mexico silver box decorated with shiny abalone inlay on a beautiful box with a hinged, curved top. The abalone is inlaid on all four sides as well as the top. Vintage Chinese porcelain hexagonal incense burner with a 2-1/4” H foo lion top in aubergine and green colors. The incense burner top and body have an all over enamel lotus flower and leaf design of pink-white, green and gilt. It rests on tripod feet of blue edges and brown. The feet are unglazed and there is a rectangular Chinese chop mark on the bottom. The porcelain is in excellent condition, and measures 11” H x 9” Diameter, and weighs 5.12 lbs.
