Amusing stag horn carving of a mythological Kirin with its head turned to the rear and bearing teeth and fangs in the style of similar Japanese netsuke. It has a curly tail that is extended up to the bottom of its chin, and has curved horns on its head. The size is 3-1/2" high x 1-1/2" wide x 1" deep. Country of origin thought to be Indonesia.
