Period: Han Dynasty, China, 206 BC to 220 AD.

Size: This beautiful jar is approximately 11.8 in/30 cm tall and 12 in. / 32 cm wide.

Condition: Good, no visible repairs, color fading, abrasions, small chips and/or minor deterioration with possible areas of expert restoration is not unusual in burial pieces of this age.

Description: This wonderful cocoon jar is one of the nicer ones we've come across with great form , well proportioned and balanced . It is very beautifully sculpted and painted.
