| Beautiful Pair of Chinese Han Dynasty Tomb Pottery Soldiers Period: Han Dynasty, China, 206 BC-220 AD. Size: These handsome Soldiers stand approximately 18.11" tall. Condition: Good, pigments remaining, color fading, abrasions, small chips and/or minor deterioration with possible areas of expert restoration is not unusual in burial pieces of this age. Description: These large soldiers stand 18" high with their right arms raised and fists clenched to have held a large weapon or shield. Their left hands have a small hole to have held the same. They wear white linens with a black jacket with White, red, and black pigments still very relevant. Their faces are very detailed and they each have a very different, but distinct look on their face. These soldiers stand firmly in square-toed boots. They are very handsome figures and are excellent examples of tomb pottery of this age in time. Buyer may request this item TL tested (thermo luminescence) by Oxford Authentication in England for an additional fee of $450.00 for items in our China distribution point.
