| Beautiful Tang Dyansty Painted Tomb Potery Horse With Male Rider Period: Tang Dynasty, China, 618 to 907. Size: This statue is 12.59" high. Description: This is a wonderful example of a painted piece of Tang tomb pottery. It is a nice size being a little over one foot tall. The horse is still very detailed, the saddle and the horse and rider's face are beautifully carved. The rider appears to be wearing a robe and his features are well-defined. The rider also has a hat on his head. The horse and rider are both covered in a beautiful red pigment. Buyer may request this item TL tested (thermo luminescence) by Oxford Authentication in England for an additional fee of $450.00 for items in our China distribution point.
