Size: This magnificent rabbit is approximately 4.5" tall.

Condition: Color fading, abrasions, small chips and/or minor deterioration with possible areas of expert restoration is not unusual in burial pieces of this age.

Description: This is an exceptional Yuan Dynasty zodiac rabbit. This piece is also very rare. It is beautifully sculpted with great detail. There is a small, red wax stamp on the rabbit's back. It does no damage to the pottery. It is there for exporting reasons. It is easily removable with no damage to the pottery and will be removed before being shipped out. This is an excellent example of tomb pottery of the Yuan Dynasty in China.
