Beautiful Qi Dynasty Tomb Pottery Painted Soldier

Period: Qi Dynasty, China, 479 to 502.

Size: The soldier is approximately 10" tall

Condition: Some color fading, abrasions, small chips and/or minor deterioration with possible areas of expert restoration is not unusual in burial pieces of this age.

Description: This wonderful soldier is wearing many layers of protection. It is nicely sculpted. It is covered in red and white pigments. It is a nice example of Qi Dynasty tomb pottery.
