Here at Mitchell Sotka Ltd. all purchases are fully guaranteed as
represented. If an item is not the same as it is represented (i.e. age,
origin or condition) you have a period of seven days, from date of receipt
to return the item. After the seven days, all sales are final. Any item
returned must be in the condition it was sent. Returned items are at the
expense of the buyer. Lastly, we must be contacted by email or phone
before any return and a local expert in your area needs to examine the
item and express their opinion (i.e. age, origin and condition) in writing
before being returned.
All items are shipped with in 48 hours of purchase via USPS or UPS using
priority service unless otherwise specified.
