A Hand Decorated Baby’s Feeding Dish, Roseville Pottery, circa 1915
The famous Roseville Pottery created a variety of marked and unmarked baby items including this rabbit themed dish. The rim is decorated with a wide band embellished with the words “BABY”S PLATE”. The interior is centered by a ring and equally spaced rabbits. The decoration is hand colored and transfer decorated.

The Cylindrical form with rolled rim flanked by applied “C” handles has an oatmeal ground. The front is hand decorated with a free form cobalt design. The interior has a dark stained finish. The crock is unmarked, but may be from Pennsylvania.
