An Unusual Champlevé and Dore Mantle Clock, French, circa 1900
The oval cap is trimmed with enameled bands in a palmette motif over a conforming body with curved and beveled glass panels. The pronounced base has a repeating enameled band and the last step is trimmed with a rope twist molding. The interior is fitted with a time piece with corresponding decoration.
