This is a beautiful turquoise cuff is probably southwestern in origin and it is not marked sterling but we believe that it is. The stone is gorgeous and contains many earth tones that would compliment any outfit.

Carved from a shell this two tone image of a lady in relief is framed by silver. The cameo has a hook so to be mounted as a drop. The silver is unmarked as such and has not been tested.
