The molded head and base is Fabulous! The piece was a hit during the height of the Hollywood Regency Period and is a perfect lamp today. Cast in the form of a Thai Buddha with figural headdress and sculpted hair the bust is cast with black base. The base is fitted to a wooden plinth. The original tag is strong to the harp.

A Queen Anne Style Kettle Stand, Kittinger Furniture
The gorgeous kettle stand with copper is sitting above a mahogany body raised on a turned vase shaped standard and supported by a tripod base of three cabriole legs ending in padded feet. The stand is a Williamsburg Reproduction made by Kittinger and there is an embossed stamp under the round top.

The long bottle form lamp is beautifully glazed in a mottled blue and green glaze. The lamp sits on a simple metal base. The lamp was taken apart to examine the underside for marks and no maker’s marks were identified.
