A Pair of Cloisonné Salt Cellar & Pepper Shaker, Chinese 20th century
This is an elegant accent to any table or breakfast tray. The individual size pieces have a brass body and are enameled in blue with in scrolling tendrils. The cellar is supported by three ball shaped feet.
A Bug Box with a Three Dimensional Winged Insect, Peoples Republic of China
The rectangular lid surmounted by a hand woven insect over a conforming box. The interior has a red label from The Peoples Republic of China, Shanghai Handicrafts.
The molded body in a hookah form is hand decorated in stylized carnations and geometric bands in cobalt blue and greens on a white ground. The top is surmounted by a domed shaped lid; however it may be used as a vase without the lid and still proportionately pleasing. The verso is unmarked and we are unsure of its age.

A Han Dynasty Style Green Glazed Ding Food Storage Pot
The globular form is flanked by pronounced applied handles and raised on a tripod base of elephant heads and trunks. The lid completes the form and is surmounted by a trio of hens and centered by a ring handle.

A Yixing Teapot with raised Archaic Style Calligraphy, Chinese Early 20th Century
The flared square form in reddish clay is decorated on one side with raised characters and the body is flanked with an applied handle and spout with a shapely but square form. The verso is marked with an impressed stamp.
The cabinet size figure is delicately carved. The figure has a flowing robe and holds a peony in one hand and a fan in the other. She is supported on a carved wooden base.
A Set of Three Nesting Jars, Polychrome Glaze, Japanese, 20th Century
The three tapering cylindrical jars of graduating sizes have a flat lid glazed in the same shades of mustard yellow, sky blue and shades of green. The molded jars have a ribbed surface in the middle and at the base. The pieces are unmarked and are probably Japanese circa 1950.

Wonderful things can come in small packages and this small elephant is no exception. Carved in full stride and trunk pointing upward this is not only a well carved figure it is also a symbol of good luck. The ivory markings of criss crossing line are very hard to see. The ivory figure stands on a wooden base.

An Unusual "Elephant Bridge" Carved Ivory, Tiger and Panther Attack
The arched carving is made up of five figures, with an elephant under attack by lion and tigers. The figures are all connected and are raised on a conforming base. The criss crossing lines that ivory makes is hard to detict in this piece. There is a better view from the sides.

The flared top sits above a bulbous with applied “C” shaped straps. The body is raised on a pronounced inverted trumpet base and decorated in blue with highlights of white bordering metallic lettering.
