A Transfer Decorated Platter, Asiatic Plants, Ridgway, England, 19th Century
The platter of rectangular form has a pierced rim that is decorated in small stylized flowers and swags framing a floral sprig. The verso is marked “Asiatic, Plants” within the leaves of a small sprig. There is also a small impressed mark of a circle that is segmented into seven pieces.
