A Pair of Embossed Queensware Candlesticks, Etruria, Wedgwood, England, circa 1900 These are an elegant statement for any dinner table or sideboard. Molded in a column form with ribbed detailing near the drip pan and base. Applied lavender grape and vine motif adorns the candlesticks on the round base and standard. The verso is marked “WEDGWOOD, ETRURIA, ENGLAND” along with impressed characters “8, WEDGWOOD.” Size: 8” high, 4 ½” diameter at base. Condition: Very good, both sticks have crazing and one stick has discoloration at top of drip pan. |
