This pretty pair of Royal Worcester dinner size plates are composed of porcelain with hand painted embellishments. The scalloped rimmed plates show a gold leaf band. The decoration motif of the boarder shows roses, floral sprigs, scrolling elements, medallions and, garlands. The hues of the palette show: pinks, violets, yellows, greens and, gold. The centre of each plate shows a floral sprig. The underside of each is marked with the Royal Worcester maker’s mark, one mark is painted and the other is impressed.
