This ornate buckle is set in hand molded brass. The work shows a Hindi deity, possibly Vishnu or Shiva, in a meditative pose. His body is composed of lapis lazuli. The brass background shows decorative scrolling elements and bezel set turquoise and coral. This intricate piece can be mounted unto anything (furniture, walls, clothes, etc..) for decorative purposes.
