This darling collection of spring Easter eggs will bring delight all year! The white porcelain body is in the form of an egg and, is secured atop with a pretty pale yellow ribbon for display. All of the egg ornaments are hand painted with skill and detail. Half of the collection (the 1987 ltd. ed.) is done with a spring flora motif; butterflies, snails and, bees play about soft yellow floral sprigs. The other half of the collection (the 1999 ltd. ed.) shows a motif of a fanciful mother bird with her newly hatched baby chicks amidst pink floral sprigs. Every porcelain egg ornament is marked with the Hutschenreuther maker’s mark.
