Herend Hand Painted Porcelain 36 ounce Teapot, Fortuna Pattern, Hungary
This 36-ounce porcelain teapot is decorated in the Fortuna pattern. This trademark motif shows floral bouquets and butterflies placed around in a rust orange hue. The lid is removable with a rosebud finial and is picked out in gold as is the spout and base. The handle is in the form of a twig and is the same rust orange hue. The Fortuna pattern has been discontinued and is highly sought after. The Herend maker’s mark is located on the base.
