A Print by Edna Hoadley, Signed Charles A. Lindbergh
A Print, the Man of the Air by Edna Hoadley, Signed Charles A. Lindbergh

This is a wonderful treat to have a signed print by Charles Lindbergh. The picture is dedicated to Mrs. C. M. Keys. This picture was most likely presented to Mrs. Keys when Lindbergh presided over the dedication of an airfield in Columbus, Ohio in 1929. The air field was owned or managed by the Keys. Mr. Clement M. Keys (1876 – 1952) was instrumental is in post WWI aviation. He owned many companies dealing with air travel and aviation and according to family legend he helped finance the Transatlantic Flight Lindbergh made. The print is housed in a wonderful frame with a carved and gilded laurel leaf motif and easel back. The signature is written in script “To Mrs. C.M. Keys, Sincerely, Charles A. Lindbergh.” The item has not been examined out of the frame.

Size: 19 Ό” high, 14 Ύ” wide framed

Condition: Print seems to be in very good to excellent condition; fame has slight wear and is lacking the easel back.
