Mid 20th century hand carved folk art cane with snake head having carved teeth, a tongue and glass bead eyes and additional glass beads on top handle. Wood is barley twist carved and is signed by artist "Made by John Tachaphinsky." Measures 41" long.

Taxco Mexican silver "Victoria Shop" sterling silver & copper Tequila Set includes tray, sic cups and fork for lemons for limes. Made c. 1945 by Ana Maria Nunex de Brilanti. Her history is chronicled on pages 118-127 in Penny Morrill & Carole Berk's book, Mexican Silver. The tray measures 9" X 3 1/2", cups 1 1/2" X 1 1/4". The mark indicates the silver content is 940/100. This is a great investment piece.
Picasso pitcher 5 1/4" made at Madoura Potteries, Vallauris, France where Picasso went annually from 1946-1971 to create his ceramics. The base is marked "Edition Picasso Madoura." The motif is Don Quixote on one side and a standing bull on the other. Many of his pieces were done in limited editions. There are 2 white chalk-like marks, one on the handle and the other at the base. See photos.
