Beautiful vintage necklace with graduated jade beads in apple with hints of spinach. Circa 1930. With a spring ring clasp which tests positive for 10KT
gold with jeweler's acid. It weighs 30 grams. With the original stringing, which is secure, in matching green thread, and handknotted. The beads range in
size from 9 mm to 4 mm. 18 1/2 inches long. Excellent condition. One bead toward one end is slightly yellowed but this does not show when the necklace is worn. Photos enlarged to show detail. |
