Circa 1900, this beautiful antique piece tests positive for 14 karat gold with jeweler's acid. With lovely translucent enameling in pale greens and yellows,
a large jade stone, a diamond, and pearls. The diamond is about .10 carat. It weighs 6 grams. 1 7/16 inches wide and 1 1/8 inches long. Excellent condition. There is some yellowed glue on the back of one of the pearls at the top; this does not show when the piece is worn. The safety catch on the pin back is probably a later addition.
