Gorgeous collector porcelain plate "Touching the Sky", in the only edition of the first issue in the Wonder of Childhood Plate Collection. Made during a single 22-day firing schedule & recognized as a signal example of the genius of the American painter of children, Donald Zolan. This certifies Plate Number 1161A, schedule permanently closing in 1982. Commissioned by Pemberton & Oakes.
