Royal Doulton, England, Hand Painted Plate, Pattern E9233 first introduced in 1914, hand painted and signed by artist, "E. Percy". This rare and beautiful scallop plate is gold encrusted with swags and displays a gorgeous hand painted floral arrangement in various colors in the center of the plate.
