A marvelous Navajo made sterling silver bracelet with natural Mediterranean Coral. This bracelet is in my private collection for 25 years. It is hallmarked what looks like a “NO” and sterling. Artist is unknown to me, but I purchased this bracelet at the Navajo reservation in 1982. Largest piece of coral in the center is 1 3/8 inches long and 3/8 inches wide. This beautiful Margaret Cody weaving has the original label still with it. Margaret Cody is one of the most innovative weavers and daughter of a Navajo medicine man. Unfortunately this weaving was used on the floor and has some wear but is in great condition for the age. Please see images. I am selling this beauty for a collector friend of mine and he paid in 1991 $ 3600. - He would like to sell it for $ 3000. - But is willing to take a reasonable offer. Rug size is 51 x 66.

This Beautiful Story Teller sterling Belt Buckle is made by a member of the Becenti Navajo Clan. Marked on the back with BCT, C in circle and sterling. Buckle is 3 inches long and 1 ¾ inches wide. Will fit a belt up to 1 ¼ inch wide, or most any size with appropriate taper as is commonly done with large width Western belts. Sorry for the different coloring of the silver, had a hard time to do images due to the high polish of the silver.

This beautiful hand crafted raised inlay necklace with three Kachinas, “Clown, Mud Head and Ghan Dancer”, is made by famous Zuni artist Beverly Etsate, daughter of well know Zuni artist Rosalie and Augustine Pinto. Inlay is coral, mother of pearls and turquoise. The base of the inlay is jet. Necklace is 18 inch long. Centerpiece is 2 ¾ inch long including the dangles and 1 ¼ inch wide. The two sidepieces are 1 ½ inch long and 1 inch wide. Marked on the back with “Bev.Etsate, Zuni, NM”.

Beautiful Navajo made sterling silver belt buckle with a natural turquoise stone from the Royston Mine in Nevada. No hallmark of the maker but stamped “Sterling” on the back. Buckle is 3 5/8 inch long and 3 inch wide. Will fit a leather belt up to 1 ½ inch wide. Great weight of 3.6 oz.

Joseph Rosetta from the Santo Domingo Pueblo, New Mexico, handcrafted that incredible Concha Belt. Made in the early 80s.According from my research, Joseph Rosetta is deceased. The Conchas are made from old silver quarter coins and the buckle is made from an old silver dollar coin. This is a very unusual pair of earrings made by Santo Domingo Pueblo artist Ava Maria Cortiz. Turquoise inlay with a Mother of Pearl centerpiece is mounted on wood. Earrings are 1 inch wide and 1 ¼ inch long not including the French wire for pierced ears. Very light weight, only 4 grams for the pair.

This beautiful sterling silver bracelet with high grade natural Bisbee turquoise is made by well know Navajo silversmith Verdy Jake. Famous stonecutter and bead maker John Huntress from Santa Fe, NM cut all the turquoise stones. According to the previous owner of the bracelet it was purchased about 10 years ago.
