Outstanding contemporary jeweler Brett W. Bastien from Santa Fe, New Mexico handcrafted this beautiful all natural large Morenci turquoise sterling silver ring. Turquoise stone is hand cut by the artist and no plastic backing. He is one of the few Anglo artisans to study at the Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA). He studied under Famous silversmith Danny Romero, Duane Maktima and Otellie Pasaveva Loloma. The ring is stamped with the maker’s initials, BWB and Sterling.

Beautiful sterling silver cross necklace with hand made sterling silver chain. Hallmark shows “CET”, Mexico and the eagle stamp No.3. The eagle stamp was used ca. 1955 – 80. Pendant is 5 1/8 inch long and 2 5/8 inch wide, measured from cross to cross. Chain is 33 ¼ inch long. If the chain is too long for you, it can be shortened very easy to your liking. Let me know and I can take some links out and make it your size.

A rare, original, signed watercolor by Melody Lightfeather. She was a well-known Pima Indian artist who worked in New Mexico. Her work is well known for her acrylics and watercolor based on ancient Indian symbols. Her work appeared across the USA, Europe, the White House and the Smithsonian Institute. Ms. Lightfeather was killed in a traffic accident in 2001. The title of this marvelous watercolor is unknown to me.
Frame is: 21 inches x 27 inches. Matted image is: 14 ¼ inches x 19 ¼ inches.
