| Born in Carlsbad, NM on Oct. 13, 1906. Rackley studied at the University of Texas, New Mexico Normal School, Kunstgewerbe Schule in Hamburg, Germany, and with Walter Ufer and George Grosz. By 1947 her married name was Simon and she had settled in Oakland, CA. She died in Lafayette, CA on Nov. 19, 1992. Member: Nat'l Serigraph Society.
