This is a beginning of the 19th century hand-colored engraving made by Philibert-Louis Debucourt (1755-1832) from an original drawing of Carle Vernet (1758-1836) named "La Marchande de Saucisses". This is a cute souvenir from the Exposition Universelle in 1900 which occurred from April 15th to November 1900 bringing about 50 millions visitors.
