Here is a simple but appealing table made from solid beech wood during the first half of the 20th consisting of a thick rectangular top supported by a pair of X-shaped legs connected by a straight stretcher for stability and sturdiness. This is an impressively large and heavy pair of wrought iron sconces made by the first quarter of the 20th century boasting an intricately scrolled and boldly built iron frame centering a shield decorated with a crown and providing 4 arms with pierced bobeches, which must be rewired to the US Standard.
