A very nice demi lune mahogany buffet made at the end of the 19th century and topped by its original Gray Serravezza marble sitting upon a straight façade featuring a 2-drawer frieze above a pair of recessed paneled doors flanked by adorable open shelves all supported by tapered turned legs on cast bronze sabots. Here is an adorable side table made from solid and beautifully patinaed walnut by the end of the 19th century consisting of a serpentine shaped top highlighted with walnut veneer sitting upon the lovely scrolled and accented sides supported by graceful cabriole legs. Note a couple of water rings and some scratches due to the age. Circa date 1890. Dimensions 27”high/ 28”wide/ 18”deep.
This is a very cute petite stool made from solid walnut during the second part of the 19th century topped by a rectangular padded seat covered by maroon fabric, which is in fair condition and would need to be replaced. The pediment consists of 4 turned baluster legs connected to each other by a X-shaped stretcher. Circa date 1870. Dimensions 16”high/ 21”wide/ 17”deep.
This is a splendid gilded Crucifix made by the end of the reign of Napoleon III by the second half of the 19th century consisting of a serpentine shaped frame beautifully adorned with angels faces and interlaced floral and foliate patterns surrounding the spelter crucifix. Note the dark brown velvet, which is not original and added by the previous owner to replace the original one. Circa date 1870. Dimensions 29”high/ 16”wide.
Here is a very attractive chest of drawers made at the beginning of the 20th century boasting a splendid rosewood veneer and highlighted by its original gray St Ann marble. The step-front façade is featuring a pair of drawers “sans traverse” intricately inlaid with tied ribbon and musical instruments and mounted with their original bronze cast handles and escutcheons. Here is a stunning elegantly simple console made from a nicely patinaed cherry by the beginning of the 19th century during the Empire period. This is a splendid curio cabinet made from solid oak by the end of the 19th century mounted with an impressive pierced carved cartouche highlighted with finials and centering a detailed face above the cabinet below featuring a single glass door revealing a large storage compartment with a single shelf.
