| Stunning handcrafted 19th century Desk made from oak. The rectangular gadrooned top features a black with gilded frieze vinyl, which is not original and was added at some point by the previous owner. The facade provides 3 large and intricately accented drawers with shell-shaped handles flanked by acanthus leaves. The sides and back also boasts a detailed embellishment with recessed panels centering heraldic shield with acanthus motifs. 4 bold baluster legs joined by H-shaped stretcher mounted with finial support this piece. Circa date 1860. Dimensions 31”high/ 57”wide/ 31”deep. | |||||||||||||
