This listing features a tall bottle-form vase made on the island of Malta by the Mdina Glassworks. The color is the wonderful Mediterranean blue, with a patchwork mottling reminiscent of the work done by Ermanno Toso on Murano. Script signature “Mdina” on the base. A great statement for a 50s or 60s modern setting! Quite impressive size at 17” high x 3” diameter. The condition is excellent with no damage, repairs, or notable wear. |
