This item is a 1950s/60s perfume atomizer sold by the Irving W. Rice Co. of New York. The glass, the metal atomizer, and the filigree gold top were all made in West Germany. 7" high overall. The condition of the glass is excellent, and the condition of the metal parts is very good, with some tarnish visible. This is the second of two nearly identical bottles and tops. This perfume is one of a large collection started by my late wife Jody Speer, one of the founding members of the International Perfume Bottle Association.
