Pair of beautiful cloissone cylindrical, tapered vases. 8 1/2 " high x 2 1/4 " base, 2 1/2 " neck. There are absolutely no flaws, enameling is exquisite. Cloisonne enamel was developed during the tenth century. A glass enamel was applied between small ribbons of metal on a metal base. Most cloissone is Chinese or Japanese. These vases are not marked. You would love them as the colors are remarkably vivid! Design is excellent. Great pieces!

Absolutely charming instant collection of Victorian Shakers. Each one commanding a prescence of its own. Tops are original and used,some with flaws, giving them each character.Some date as early as 1850. One is a 3 mold, 5 are embossed with relief design, 3 are handpainted. Wonderful graphics of Romeo in garden on front of teapot, back has scene. Mark includes backstamp as well as D3596 and embossed 24. It measures 9" from handle to spout, 5" across base,and 2 1/2" across inside of lid. All paint is in excellent condition with imperceptable crazing. Entire piece in pristine condition including finial. This is one item of the Shakespeare series.

Very rare Indian Head cookie jar 12" to highest part of feather x 9' across widest part. One small old ding on back of feather, not visible from the front. There is some obvious wear on the paint. Also not obvious from the front is a chip at end of the braid. This is a wonderful collectible for cookie jars, Indian or McCoy. Other McCoy cookie jars available.
