This bar pin is an original period piece from the 1920’s. The top is made of 14Kt white gold and the bottom is yellow gold. The open filigree work is typical of the above mentioned period. The center of the design is enhanced by an approximately 0.08Ct full cut diamond. The length of the pin is 2 3/8” and the width is ¼”. The clasp is clearly marked 14Kt incorporated into the maker’s mark.

The original period piece is made of platinum and set with a 4.5mm X 3.5mm faceted natural sapphire in the center, and the center stone is flanked on either side by an approximately 0.20Ct good quality old-mine diamond, which makes the total diamond weight to be approximately 0.40Ct.
