A simply elegant 18 karat yellow gold belt buckle comes to us from Tiffany & Co. The buckle is quite heavy, weighing one full ounce (20dwt). The period mark is an M, indicating that the piece was made between 1907 and 1937. The length of the buckle is 1 ¾” and the height at the widest 1 11/16” and it will accommodate a 1” wide belt. The engraving in the back is the monogram GSR in Art Nouveau style letters.
