| Lovely Aesthetic blue transfer ironstone platter in the sought after Woodland pattern by Brownfield & Son(s), Cobridge Pottery Works, Staffordshire, England. Measuring 14-3/4" by 10-1/4", and done in cobalt blue that has flowed just a bit. The platter is without damage, but has some discoloring to the back and the edges, which seems to be the norm for the Woodland pieces. I photographed the back side on both a dark and white background to show this more clearly. Marked with the double globe trademark & banner of Brownfield & Son(s), English registrations, impressed garter Brownfield mark, and 1/87 for January 1887. Please inquire as to availability. | ||
