How to Pay for Your Purchase
We accept and prefer the following methods of payment: Credit Cards
Internet credit card purchases taken via email, telephone or our secure server are limited to a maximum of $750.00. This is because if we process credit cards any way other than in person, such as through email or by phone, we have no signed credit card receipt on file and we cannot validate cardholder identification. This policy was recommended by our credit card processing company to limit our exposure to the growing problem of credit card fraud. Suggestions for customers who wish to use credit cards for larger online purchases are as follows:
Credit card purchases made in
person, in our gallery, are limited only by the amount of your personal line of
credit. Standard methods of
identification must be provided.
Personal ChecksYour check is welcomed, but it must
clear the bank before we can ship your purchase. Most of the time, checks clear
within seven days of deposit. If you pay for a purchase in our gallery with a
personal check, standard methods of
identification must be provided. Bank DraftsLike a personal check, a bank draft must clear the bank before we can ship your purchase. We received a $6800.00 bank draft “drawn” on the Bank of Ohio that was returned to us as counterfeit. Since that happened, we wait seven days for bank drafts to clear. Money OrdersMoney orders are treated the same as
cash. We will ship any item purchased with a money order as quickly as possible. Wire TransfersThis is the simplest way to pay for an online purchase. We email you with our bank account and rotating numbers, and you notify your bank that you wish to transfer the purchase amount from your account to our account. Wire transfers usually take less than 24 hours, which means we can ship your purchase as quickly as possible. LayawayWe are happy to put your purchase on layaway for you. We ask for a 25% deposit, then three equal payments of 25% each per month, for a total extension of 90 days. We hope this page has answered all
of your payment questions, but if not, please |
