Very beautiful Salvador Teran silver necklace with emerald green cabochons. Modernist design circ. 1950s. Signed Salvador STERLING MEXICO 180 and eagle #36. It is in excellent vintage condition; wear from normal use no abuse. The necklace measures 18 inches, the center is graduated: 2" high by 1&3/4" 7/8 wide. The necklace weighs 78 grams. This is a very rare piece of Salvador. Salvador was considered by his contemporaries: Spratling, Antonio Pineda, Fred Davis and Los Castillo, to be an outstanding designer and technician in silversmithing. Complete Antonio Pineda “Comma” design set. Silver and onyx, c. -1940-1950. NECKLACE is 15&1/2” long; links 1 1/8” x ¾”. Hallmarked: Antonio crown; 970 silver; YY; 439; Hecho en Mexico; Eagle 17. BRACELET, bold and beautiful, measures 6 ¾ “ L; links 1 ½” x 1”. Hallmarked: Antonio crown; sterling Mexico silver; ZZ; 515; 970; Eagle 17. EARRINGS measure each 1 1/8” x ¾”. One hallmarked: made in Mexico, the other, SILVER BY TONO; Eagle 17. Excellent vintage condition.

As stated on the Spratling Silver . com website: 1931-1946:Silver swirled and twisted wires created a three dimensional quality to this necklace. Chain is of hollow silver balls. This design is mentioned only in Spratling's notes of August 1945, and the catalogue number is created from those notes. This design did not appear in the subsequent wholesale catalogue. Measures 15&1/2 inches long by 2 inches widest point .

This is an elegant DECO Mexican silver and black and green onyx bracelet designed by Fred Davis. It is in excellent vintage condition wear from normal use no abuse. Circa 1940s it is hallmarked with the conjoined FD (See photo). Fred Davis, a contemporary of William Spratling, Hector Aguilar, Los Castillo, and Antonio Pineda designed silver in Taxco Mexico during the Golden Era of Mexican Silver.
Measurements: 7 ½ inches long by 1&3/16th inches wide.

Beautiful vintage Mexican silver brooch designed by Hector Aguilar and made in Aguilar’s taller in Taxco Mexico. The pin, circa 1940-48, is in excellent vintage condition wear from normal use, no abuse. The Parrot with the crown of silver and beautiful amethyst head adorned with a silver eye is rare and very collectible. The repousse body wants to give the bird flight. Measures 3" top to bottom and 1 5/8" across. In fine condition. Hallmarked with TAXCO, HA (conjoined)and 940.
