This is an original vintage Margot de Taxco sterling silver and enamel pin/pendant. It is a beautiful work of art. Margot demonstrates her superior artistic ability in designing a piece of jewelry that will be admired for all time. The Eagle pin was made of sterling silver with fantastic enamel in colors only Margot could create. A contemporary of William Spratling, Antonio Pineda, Fred Davis, Hector Aguilar and Los Castillo, Margot de Taxco as she is known today was looking to the past and native designs to find inspiration for her famous jewelry. Circa 1950s, the vintage pin/pendant is in excellent condition; wear from normal use no abuse. Measurements: 1&15/16 wide by 1&7/16 tall Email or call with questions.

This is a rare beautiful Margot de Taxco sterling Cornflower necklace bracelet and earrings. The vintage set was made in Taxco, Mexico circa 1950-60's by Margo van Voorhies Carr. Margot de Taxco was a contemporary of William Spratling, Los Castillo, Fred Davis, Hector Aguilar and Antonio Pineda. This set is illustrated in the Mexico silver reference books. The bracelet and necklace are hallmarked Sterling; Made in Mexico, Margot de Taxco; Eagle 16 assay mark, style number 5316. The earrings together bare these same hallmarks. Excellent vintage condition, this is a rare find as a COMPLETE PARUE/SET with a very nice age patina. Necklace has wearable length of 16 inches by 5/8 to 3/8 " wide. Push clasp is sound. The spring cuff is 2&1/8" widest to 1" at the spring 6 & 1/2" inside circumference. The screw back earrings, they measure 1 &5/8" long.

This is a very rare and wonderful pin by Hubert Harmon. Hubert Harmon moved to Mexico in 1942 and organized a silver workshop in Taxco for which he designed mostly jewelry. This “Flying Pilgrim” silver and amethyst brooch is humorous and surreal. Circa early 1940s the hallmark is as shown in the photos: script conjoined HH Hubertus Sterling Taxco Mexico. The brooch measures 2.25 inches wide by 2 inches high (3 inches with the amethyst drop on the chain). Excellent condition, wear from normal use, on abuse. Email questions.

Fantastic, extremely rare, beautiful William Spratling silver and malachite cross with silver chain. From Spratling's first design period. Hallmarks Circa 1944-1946. Spratling was the leading designer of Mexican silver during the fabulous GOLDEN ERA OF MEXICAN SILVER and had a very close relationship with other famous silver designers like Fred Davis, Hector Aguilar, Los Castillo, Antonio Pineda, and Margot de Taxco. Excellent condition, wear from normal use, no abuse.
Measurements: Cross 1 ½” X 1 5/16” round silver circle at top of cross ¾” diameter. Silver chain with clasp 20 ½” long. Email or call with questions.
