Japanese 20th century bronze vase with silver inlays. Made by Sano Hiroyuki. The silver is inlaid into the bottom part of the gourd shaped vase in vertical lines. The silver inlays form a scalloped pattern, however, when this pattern is viewed from above or below the vase, the inlays form a plum blossom design on both ends. Comes with TOMOBAKO, original artist's box. Signed HIROYUKI on silver plaque on bottom. 10 1/4" tall by 7" wide at its widest.

Japanese mid 20th century pure silver vase with phoenix and wave design by metal artist KAWAMURA SEIJI. The phoenix and wave design has been hand hammered into the surface. The phoenix and some areas of the waves have been highlighted with gold gilding. The vase is signed SEIJI SAKU on the bottom with JUNGIN, or pure silver stamped below that. The vase comes with TOMOBAKO, or original artist signed wooden storage box. The vase measures 11 3/4" tall by 6 1/2" in diameter.

The doll also has seals that state that this style of doll had won prizes at the Japanese National KOKESHI Doll Show. This doll stands 17 5/8" tall and has a 5" diameter head and is 3 3/8" in diameter at the base.
