| Japanese Early 20th Century bronze vase with KOI carp design. The 3 swimming KOI are beautifully done in relief with the eyes detailed in inlaid gold. The vase is signed SHIHOU SAKU on bottom. Come with TOMOBAKO, original artist signed wooden storage box. The piece was given as a presentation piece to an instructor by her students. The vase was given on July 18, 1926 as is written on the inside of the wooden lid. The vase measures 10" tall and 10 1/2" wide at its widest. | ||||||||||||||
