A Pair of Chinese Cloisonne Dragon Bowls, 19thC.
A PAIR OF CHINESE CLOISONNE DRAGON BOWLS, 19TH CENTURY.

The cloisonne bowls have some wear and slight damage showing their long life. I am really offering one bowl and throwing the other into the deal. They are 19th century but not the thin cheap bowls often encountered. These have some weight, 445 gm.

11cm diameter, 4.8 cm high. The first bowl is fine except for a flattening of the circular rim. This has caused some fine stress lines on the blue enamel on the interior. Noted in the photographs. Mentioned for accuracy is a little "blow-out" in the blue interior.

The second bowl has a larger area of missing enamel on the inside and two bruises on the exterior, also noted in the pictures.

Please study the photographs.
